Data Image is the Business Intelligence module of the HRImage platform. Define your own report pages with tables and charts, on data sources agreed together with us. Permissions apply directly to the data: the same dashboard shows each user only what they are entitled to see.

From a quick list to management analytics
Headcount, turnover, time, leave, salary costs, requests and approvals. Filters apply to every chart on the page, and the data behind any chart can be viewed and downloaded.
Permissions on the data source
Managers see only their own people. Automatically.
Each data source keeps the access rules of the data it comes from: the company, the organisational structure and the management hierarchy. The rules are applied on the server for every request, every filter and every download.
- One published report, not a copy for every department
- Rows a user is not entitled to never reach the browser
- Protected parameters, such as the company or the user, cannot be changed from the interface
- Very small groups can be suppressed so individuals cannot be identified

Report configuration
Build reports without coding
Pages with tabs, rows and widgets: tables, bar, line or pie charts. Choose the source, axes, calculation and series, add fixed filters or filters users choose themselves, then publish.
Draft and publish
Users keep seeing the last published version while you work on the draft. Every publication has a note and stays in the history.
Smart filters
Report-level or widget-level filters, including relative periods: current month, last 12 months, last year.
Resilient
A widget that fails to load does not block the rest of the page. Source changes that would break a report are flagged.
Translations
Titles, columns and filters translated, for teams working in Romanian and English.
Your data, in the same reports
Extend data sources with your own files
Budgets, headcount targets, job categories, results from other systems: any CSV file, for example an export from Excel or your ERP, can become a new source or add columns to an existing one.
Upload the file
The separator, encoding (including old Windows-1250 exports) and data formats are detected automatically.
Check the columns
Adjust each column's type: text, number, date or yes/no. Errors are shown before import.
New source or extension
Create a new source or match the file on a key column, such as the employee badge, and add columns.
Use it immediately
New columns appear in the data sources and in the report editor, marked as imported.
Worry-free reloads
Replace the data or append new rows, for example next month. Any earlier load can be reactivated.
Validation that protects reports
Duplicate keys stop the import, and files that do not match the source are flagged before they reach reports.
Round trip with Excel
Export every row of a source, add a column in Excel and import the file back. Only the new column is added.

Together we decide the data sources for reports: from HR, time, payroll or your own files. We prepare them once, with their access rules and parameters, and your team then builds the reports it needs on its own.
