About this policy

This document describes how the www.iqhr.ro website (the "Website"), operated by IQ.HR Solutions S.R.L., uses cookies and similar technologies. We recommend reading it together with our Privacy policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website sends to your browser and that are stored on the device you use to access the internet (computer, phone, tablet). They allow a website to recognise your device on later visits and to remember certain preferences.

Cookies used on the Website

The Website does not set cookies and does not use similar storage technologies on your device. Fonts and images are hosted on the same server as the Website, with no calls to third-party services.

The Website does not include analytics, marketing or social media services (for example Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel). For this reason no consent banner is shown.

Links to external services, such as Google Maps, open the provider's website in a new tab; any processing by that provider is governed by its own policy.

Technical information processed

Like any website, the server hosting the Website may record technical information in its logs, such as the IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested and the browser type. This information is used only for the proper functioning and security of the Website, on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Future changes

If the Website uses performance, analytics or marketing cookies in the future, they will only be activated after obtaining your explicit consent, through a banner that lets you accept, reject or customise your preferences. This policy will be updated accordingly.

Managing cookies

  • Google Chrome: Menu → Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Mozilla Firefox: Menu → Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Menu → Settings → Cookies and site permissions
