REGES Online is Romania's mandatory electronic employee register. The Revisal module automatically detects everything that changes in employees' contracts and data, keeps the complete history and shows you exactly what needs to be sent. You decide what to send and when, and the platform tracks the status of every message. Our integration with the REGES Online API is certified.
Why a new module
Traditional reporting compares snapshots. We track changes.
The usual approach periodically compares the company's current state with the last saved state. Three corrections to the same amendment collapse into one result, an error for one employee blocks the whole company, and a correction cannot be told apart from a new change.

How it works
From a change to the REGES Online response
Automatic detection
Every save in HR Manager is analysed. Only fields relevant to REGES count; technical updates are ignored.
Grouping into events
Changes for the same employee with the same effective date become a single event: three edits to an amendment mean one amendment.
Preparation
Choose the REGES operation, with the platform's suggestion, and the mode: one combined message with the final state, or separate messages for each change.
Submission and result
The message is sent through the certified REGES Online API integration, with automatic retries, or you download it as XML or JSON. The receipt and references received stay saved with the message.

Timeline per employee
For each employee, see every event: when the change was detected, who prepared the message, when it was sent and what response came back.
Before and after
Every change shows the old and new value for each field. You know exactly what the message contains before you send it.
Linked corrections
A change made after submission opens a correction event, linked to the original message and to the reference received from REGES.
Work lists
Filter by status, event type, employee or period: to prepare, sent, accepted, with errors.
Validation before sending
Missing references and incomplete data are flagged on the message with an explanation, without stopping other submissions.
Controlled access
Viewing, preparing and sending are separate permissions, granted only to designated people.
